Returns

All press-on nails are custom made, hand painted, and created by me.  Please keep in mind that there may be color variations in pictures due to lighting, exposure, and device used to take photo.  Unfortunately, due to these customizations, variations and sanitary reasons, I cannot accept any refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any press-on nails, personalized sets, personal use items, sale items, or gift cards.

 

Please order a Sizing Kit in the shape and length you would like your custom set made for a more accurate fit. Replacement nails can be made at an additional fee, so please make sure that you provide the correct nail #'s for your set to be made. There are other methods for measuring (tape method), but again, they are not as accurate and there are no refunds for incorrect sizing.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. Although there are No Refunds, Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations, if there is anything we need to address from our end, please let us know.
